PLAY BADMINTON !
Dundee Area Badminton Association promotes the sport of badminton in the Dundee area. Affiliated to the Scottish Badminton Union, DABA developed from the former Dundee Churches League and now includes clubs in Angus and North East Fife.

There are presently eleven member clubs and teams from these clubs compete in two senior leagues. Matches consist of a mix of gents doubles, ladies doubles and mixed doubles, with teams comprising three ladies and three gents. Each match consists of nine rubbers of two sets played to 21 points.

In addition to running the leagues, DABA organises both senior and junior tournaments each season.

Junior coaching ia available at club level, then on a selection basis at Dundee area level, then by further selection to Tayside regional level. Contact Maureen Bowser (01382 322722 ) for further information re Dundee, Angus and Perth areas.
